This software version includes new annotation functionality:
Support for multiple annotations. More than one annotation can now be attached to a data point in a chart.
Removal of the Excerpt field. The Excerpt field was removed, and now annotations only contain a Title and Details.
Restyling of annotation popups. The size and appearance of the annotation popup, which is triggered by clicking an annotation icon, were modified to improve usability and reduce occlusion.
This software version includes these enhancements:
Changes to Supply / Demand / Activity report. A new daily SDA chart was added, and it is displayed immediately below the default weekly chart. The SDA charts for each day of the week are now hidden by default, but they can be accessed by clicking the Show Daily Details button located beneath the new daily chart.
Redefinition of Demand. A new definition for Demand was added to the data entry section. The old definition was:
Demand is the total number of appointment requests received on a given day – it includes those booked today for any day in the future and appointment requests where no appointment is made (deferrals).
The new definition is:
Enter Booked Demand or Total Demand here. If you choose to exclude Unbooked Demand, be sure to track it separately (e.g., using Annotations) to enable analysis of Total Demand.
- the number of appointment requests received and booked today. Appointments may be for today or any day in the future.
- Unbooked Demand
- requests for appointments that do not result in an appointment being booked either today or into the future. Also known as deferrals.
- Total Demand
- Booked + Unbooked Demand.
Correction of y-axis on Octane report. A bug in the Octane chart that caused it to display percentages over one-hundred was repaired.
Addition of annotation line. The annotations feature was modified so that a red line is now drawn from an annotation popup to its anchor point.
Addition of release notes to footer. A new Release Notes hyperlink was added at the bottom of each page, and current release notes can be accessed by clicking the hyperlink.
